What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Apple Pay, JCB and Diners Club.

Why might my credit card be refused?

Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:

- The card may have expired.
- You may have entered information incorrectly.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?

Yes, the data is transmitted via SSL encryption. SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer, a global standard security technology that enables encrypted communication between a web browser and a web server. Where can I receive my order?

You can have your order sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. - never a PO Box).

How long will my order take to arrive?

We work very hard to prepare your order and have it shipped out within 24 hours. Delivery times are 2-7 business days for domestic orders, international orders are 7-14 business days, not including Holidays.

How much do I pay for shipping charges?

Shipping is always FREE to Mexico and United States, $15.00 to Canada & $30.00 the rest of the world.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once you make an order you will be emailed a tracking number to track your order.

Is there a charge for requesting an exchange or return?

No. Exchanges and returns at the-commandment.com are always FREE of charge. 


How long do I have to make an exchange or return?

All exchanges and returns must be received within 14 days of the original shipment date.

How can I make an exchange or return?

Please email us at info@the-commandment.com for a return label FREE of charge. 

Can I keep the original item after having requested an exchange?

No. If 14 days have passed since requesting the exchange and we have not received the original items, you will be charged the amount using the original payment method.

Once I have exchanged an item, can I return the new item?

Yes. You can return it within 14 days of the shipment date from the new order.

Can I return or exchange any item?

Yes, as long as it is in original condition (unworn, unwashed and damage free) with all tags attached. Exceptions below:

-Apothecary, Beauty, Home and Sale items are FINAL SALE.

When will I receive the refund from a return?

You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the original purchase within approximately 7-14 business days, not including Holidays, depending on your bank.

Yes! You can shop our site at ease as we make every effort to ensure we have the tools that guarantee the security of your purchases and personal information.
